We would rather say this plainly than bury it.

What we do

We physically inspect every property before listing it, against the standards published on our living standards page. We photograph it ourselves. We publish what a property has and what it does not have. We re-audit and we delist properties that stop meeting the standard or that mislead us.

What we do not do

We do not own, lease or manage any property on this site. The rental agreement, the security deposit and its refund, the notice period, the house rules, the KYC documents collected at check-in, police verification of residents, and the day-to-day running of the building are the property owner’s responsibility. Each listing sets out that owner’s terms.

We do not mediate personal disputes between residents. Where a living situation is genuinely unworkable, we will help you check vacancies and move at the next billing cycle.

What we will always do

If a property does not match what we published, that is ours to put right. Report it to support@pgmila.com. We re-audit within seven working days, correct the listing if we got it wrong, and remove the property if the owner misled us.
