Listing policy for property owners

Eligibility

You must be the owner of the property or hold the owner’s written authority to let it. We will ask for ownership proof and for any trade, lodging house or food licence required in your municipal ward. We collect these as part of our verification record.

Verification

No listing is published until our team has completed a physical audit against our living standards. We photograph the property ourselves and do not publish owner-supplied photographs. We reserve the right to make unannounced re-visits; refusing a re-visit is grounds for removal.

Accuracy

The rent, deposit, inclusions, extras, meals, amenities and house rules you give us are published as you give them. Quoting a different rent to a student than the one published is grounds for immediate removal.

Enquiries and conduct

Enquiries are passed to you by our team. You may not use a resident’s contact details for any purpose other than their tenancy, and you may not pay or accept brokerage in connection with a resident introduced through PG Mila.

Commercials

Listing is free. A commission of [percentage to be confirmed] is payable on move-in. Featured and Premium placement are optional and priced separately at [to be confirmed]. Commission terms are set out in the owner agreement.

Removal

We may remove a listing where the property no longer meets our standards, where the listing is materially inaccurate, where a re-visit is refused, or where residents report conduct we consider unacceptable. We will tell you why and what would need to change.
