What it costs you

Listing is free. We earn a commission only when a student actually moves in. Featured and Premium placement are optional paid upgrades that lift your property in search results and onto the homepage.

Owner questions

Do I have to give you exclusivity?

No. List with us and anywhere else you like. We think you will find the enquiries here are better qualified, but that is for you to judge.

Who takes the photographs?

We do, during the audit, at no cost. Owner-supplied photographs are the single biggest cause of students arriving disappointed, so we do not use them.

What if I fail the inspection?

We tell you exactly what needs to change and re-visit once it is done. Most first-visit issues are small — a missing fire extinguisher, an unlit stairwell, a visitor register nobody fills in.

Do you handle the rent and the agreement?

No. The tenancy, the agreement, the deposit and the notice period are between you and the resident. We verify the property and send you tenants.

How do students contact me?

They enquire through us, we qualify the enquiry, and we pass it on. Your number is not published on the listing — which is what stops the thirty calls a day.
