What our auditor wrote
Budget PG a short walk from the NIT Patna gate, mostly engineering students. Common washrooms, no geyser — residents use immersion rods in winter, which we flagged to the owner as a safety issue and he has agreed to install geysers before June. We will re-audit. No power backup. Wi-Fi tested at 20 Mbps.

A twelve-minute walk beyond the NIT gate. Fewer students know it, so beds are almost always free and the rent is the second lowest we have audited.

About this property
A budget boys' PG on Ashok Rajpath within walking distance of both NIT Patna and Patna University, where most residents are engineering and university students. Rooms are shared three and four ways with common washrooms. Facilities are basic and the rent reflects that, but the location is among the best on the platform for campus students.
