What our auditor wrote
An old building close to the Patna University gate, so the location is hard to beat for PU and NIT students. Rooms have attached washrooms, which is unusual at this rent. No lift and the stairs are steep. The warden lives on site, which parents ask about more than anything else. Wi-Fi tested at 22 Mbps. Meals are not optional here and are billed with the rent.

About this property
A long-established girls' PG minutes from the Patna University gate on Ashok Rajpath, with NIT Patna and PMCH both within a short walk. The building is older but well kept, with attached washrooms in every room and a warden who lives on the premises. The stretch is busy through the day and quietens after the college crowd leaves.
