What our auditor wrote
This is the cheapest property we list and we want to be plain about what that buys. Four-sharing rooms, common washrooms, bucket geysers in winter, no power backup — the inverter runs the fans and lights only. What it does have is a clean kitchen, drinkable RO water, a locked gate at night, and a landlord who lives on the premises. Wi-Fi tested at 18 Mbps, which is enough for recorded lectures but not for live classes at peak hours.
