Three-storey building set back from the main road, so road noise is low. Kitchen is clean and separated from the dining hall; we ate the afternoon meal. Wi-Fi speed-tested at 42 Mbps on the second floor. The lift was working but is small — the stairwell is well lit. No gym, despite what the owner's old poster says.

Rooms are on the first and second floors with the common lounge, dining hall and reception on the ground floor.
