Who we are. PG Mila is operated by Anchor and Acre Private Limited, registered at Paras Trade Centre, Sector 45, Gurugram 122003, Haryana.
What we collect
When you enquire about a property or join the waitlist we collect your name, age, gender, phone number, email address, intended move-in date, budget, preferred sharing type and the college, coaching institute or workplace you named. When you save properties to a shortlist, that list is stored in your own browser and not on our servers. When a property owner registers, we collect their contact details, property details and the ownership or licence documents they upload.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to arrange a property visit, to match you against properties as we onboard them, and to administer the Refer and Earn programme. Owner documents are used solely to verify that the person listing a property has the right to list it.
Who we share it with
We share your name, the property you enquired about and your intended move-in date with that property’s owner, and only after you have enquired about that specific property. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass your number to brokers. We use service providers for messaging, email delivery and hosting, who process data on our instructions only.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for [retention period to be confirmed] so that we can contact you when suitable properties are onboarded. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by writing to grievance@pgmila.com.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser’s local storage to remember your shortlist and your referral code on the device you are using. We use analytics to understand which pages and localities people look at. We do not use advertising cookies.
