It's created the moment you make your first enquiry, and it never expires. You'll find it on your thank-you screen and in our WhatsApp message.
Share it
WhatsApp, Instagram, your class group — wherever. Your friend enters the code in the enquiry form. That's the only way a referral is counted, which is what keeps it fair.
Get paid
Once they move in and complete [X] days, ₹[amount] is sent to your UPI within [Y] days. One reward per friend who moves in.
What we won't do
- Make you chase usThe reward is triggered by your friend moving in, not by you reminding us.
- Add conditions after the factThe terms on the day you shared your code are the terms that apply.

Questions
When exactly does the reward trigger?
When your friend actually moves in and completes the minimum stay — not when they enquire, and not when they say they are going to book. We confirm the move-in with the property owner before approving a payout.
What if my friend forgot to enter my code?
Ask them to message us on WhatsApp before they move in and we will attach the code to their enquiry. After move-in we cannot add it retrospectively, because that is where every referral scheme starts leaking.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
No cap on the number of friends. One reward per referred person who moves in.
Do I have to be living in a PG Mila property to refer?
No. Once you have enquired, you have a code. Plenty of referrals come from students who ended up elsewhere but still know who is looking.
