Short, because a referral programme with long terms is a referral programme designed not to pay.

Who can refer

Anyone who has made an enquiry through PG Mila and has been issued a referral code. You do not need to be living in a PG Mila property.

How a referral is counted

Your friend must enter your referral code in the enquiry form on this site. That is the only accepted route. We cannot attach a code after move-in.

When the reward is paid

The reward is triggered when your referred friend moves in and completes a minimum stay of [X] days, confirmed by the property owner. It is paid to your UPI within [Y] days of that confirmation. The reward is ₹[amount].

Limits

One reward per referred person who moves in. No cap on the number of people you refer. A person who had already enquired with us before receiving your code is not an eligible referral.

When we would withhold

Where we have reasonable grounds to believe a referral is fabricated, self-referred, or arranged to obtain a reward without a genuine tenancy. We will tell you the reason.

Changes

If we change the reward amount, the change applies to referrals made after the date of the change. Referrals already in progress are paid on the terms that applied when the code was shared.
