1. What PG Mila is

PG Mila is a listing and discovery platform. We inspect and list paying-guest accommodation owned or operated by third parties. We are not the owner, lessee or operator of any property listed on this site, and we are not a party to any tenancy you enter into.

2. Using the site

The site is free for students and prospective residents. You may not scrape listings, republish our photographs, or use the site to solicit brokerage. Listings, photographs and audit notes on this site are our property or are licensed to us.

3. Enquiries and visits

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a room and creates no obligation on either side. Property visits arranged through us are free. Any payment of rent or deposit is made by you directly to the property owner.

4. Accuracy of listings

Listings are based on a physical inspection carried out on the audit date shown. Conditions change. If a property does not match its listing, tell us and we will re-audit within seven working days and correct or remove the listing. We do not accept liability for an owner’s conduct, but we will act on it.

5. Owner obligations

Property owners listing with us warrant that they are entitled to let the property, that the information they supply is accurate, and that they hold any licences required in their municipal ward. Listing is governed additionally by our listing policy.

6. Limitation

7. Governing law
